Website Terms & Estimate Notice
Effective date: October 2, 2026
These terms apply to your use of garageinsulators.com and to estimate requests submitted through the site. They are intended to explain the website process clearly; a separate written service agreement or approved work order may apply if you later hire GarageInsulators.com for work.
Estimate requests are not installation contracts
Submitting photos or information through the website asks us to review the door and respond. It does not guarantee that the door is compatible, reserve an appointment, approve installation, or create a promise that work will be performed.
Photo-based review has limits
Photos can help identify visible conditions, door size/configuration, windows, and other factors, but they are not a substitute for every inspection or measurement that may be needed. We may ask for additional photos, measurements, information, or an on-site review before confirming scope or scheduling.
Starting price
Standard single-door retrofits are presented as starting from $499 for a typical compatible single garage door, approximately 8–9 feet wide and otherwise in good working order. The currently described standard scope includes a compatibility check, panel measurement and fitting, a clean interior finish, and a final operating observation/check.
Double doors, multiple doors, windows, visible damage, unusual dimensions, or other conditions may require a different scope and price. Any changed price should be shown to you before you approve the work.
Insulation is not mechanical garage-door repair
Garage-door insulation and mechanical door repair are different scopes. If a door shows an operating, hardware, spring, structural, or other condition outside the insulation scope, the insulation recommendation may pause until the issue is reviewed or referred to an appropriate specialist.
Performance and comfort
Insulation can resist heat flow through the garage-door surface. It does not guarantee a particular garage temperature, utility-bill reduction, or whole-home energy result. Walls, ceiling, air leakage, ventilation, weather, sun exposure, orientation, door construction, and use of the garage can all affect the result.
Photos you submit
By uploading photos, you confirm that you are authorized to share them for the purpose of evaluating the property/garage door and responding to the service request. Please avoid including people, license plates, documents, or unrelated personal information when possible.
Your photos and contact information are handled under our Privacy Policy.
Communication
GarageInsulators.com uses email for estimate communication. Estimate requests are reviewed in batches by service area; please allow 2–3 business days for a response. A submission is not confirmed received unless the website displays a successful receipt/reference number or we acknowledge it by email.
Website information
We try to keep website information accurate and current. Product specifications, service availability, pricing for non-standard conditions, and service details can change. If website information conflicts with a later written quote or service agreement that you approve, the later written document controls for that specific job.
Intellectual property
The GarageInsulators.com name, site design, original text, graphics, artwork, and related branding may be protected by intellectual-property rights. These terms do not give visitors permission to copy or reuse protected material except as allowed by law or with permission.
Site availability and misuse
Please do not attempt to interfere with the website, bypass security controls, submit malicious files, impersonate another person, or use the estimate form for unlawful or abusive purposes. We may limit or block requests that appear automated, malicious, fraudulent, or unrelated to legitimate service inquiries.
Changes
We may update these website terms when our services or site change. The effective date above indicates the version currently posted.
